> Stove, hot plates, griller, drip trays, and oven racks cleaned.
> Exhaust fan, range hood and filters, cleaned and replaced, ceiling vents cleaned.
> Heating vents and filters vacuumed ‑ both floor and wall.
> Soap build-up on shower screens and tiles cleaned off.
> All accessible windows cleaned inside and out.
> Fly-screens scrubbed and replaced.
> Window and door tracks cleaned.
> Cupboards washed inside and out and all personal items, including coat hangers, removed.
> Drawers cleaned (no crumbs, no hair).
> All light fittings washed and globes not working replaced, marks removed from walls, doors, floors, and skirting boards cleaned.
> Carpets to be professionally cleaned and receipt provided. We recommend Stain Busters 1300 55 66 02.
> Curtains that were less than 30 days old, or professionally cleaned prior to your tenancy, will require cleaning and a receipt also will be  required.
> Cobwebs removed from inside and outside of the home and carport/garage.
> Garage / carport swept and oil stains removed.
> Lawns mowed and edges trimmed.
> Garden beds and paved areas are to be weed free.
> No compost or other rubbish left in the garden.
> Garbage and recycling bins emptied.

Furnished Properties

> All furniture to be replaced according to the inventory.
> Refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaner cleaned inside and out, and any filters cleaned.
