For all emergency and maintenance issues please click here to submit an online maintenance request, you can also come into our office and pick up a maintenance request form or simply contact our office on (02) 6297 3555 and arrange one to be sent to you.

An Emergency Situation is interpreted as a situation where, if not rectified immediately, further damage to the property and/or injury to a person or persons could occur. These could be considered the following.

A burst water service.

A blocked or burst lavatory system.
 

bullet

A serious roof leak.
 

bullet

A gas leak.
 

bullet

A dangerous electrical fault.
 

bullet

A serious storm or fire damage.
 

bullet

A failure of gas, electricity, or water supply to the property, essential for hot water, cooking, heating or laundering.
 

bullet

A fault or damage that causes the residential property to be unsafe or insecure.
 

bullet

A serious fault in any door, staircase, lift or other common area which inhibits or unduly inconveniences the tenant in gaining access to and the use of the property.

 

These trades people are to be called ONLY in an emergency situation and when the office is unattended.
