Do you have a maintenance issue to report to your property manager? Please fill in the Maintenance Request Form below with as much information as possible, so we can process your maintenance request as soon as possible. All maintenance issues will be brought to the owners attention immediately, however the owner has final say (if approved) to when the maintenance issue is resolved, unless of course the maintenance issue is an emergency situation (see below). In this case, under the property managers discretion, they will act on this maintenance issue and have it resolved immediately.
An Emergency Situation is interpreted as a situation where, if not rectified immediately, further damage to the property and/or injury to a person or persons could occur. These could be considered the following.
A burst water service.
A blocked or burst lavatory system.
A serious roof leak.
A gas leak.
A dangerous electrical fault.
A serious storm or fire damage.
A failure of gas, electricity, or water supply to the property, essential for hot water, cooking, heating or laundering.
A fault or damage that causes the residential property to be unsafe or insecure.
A serious fault in any door, staircase, lift or other common area which inhibits or unduly inconveniences the tenant in gaining access to and the use of the property.
